The registration fees include participation in the respective meeting, conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks and snacks, beverages inside the conference room, and the Conference Dinner. After registration you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. Standard payment is by bank transfer, credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) is available upon request.

Cancellations: A fee of EUR  200 will be charged for cancellations up to 24 February 2012. For cancellations received from 25 February 2012 to 2 March 2012 there will be a 50% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 2 March 2012. However, substitutions of delegates may be made at any time free of charge.
